Quoted per night per room incl breakfast and tax. Maximum two guests per room.
A child under 10 can share room free of charge without an extra bed. Third person or extra bed will be charged 500 Baht / room/ night/ person. Please let us know in advance.
Please be informed that a guest who stays 3 consecutive nights or more is allowed to switch the room and maximum of 2 rooms only. All expenses can be paid on the departure date.
There is no swimming pool.Prefer cash, if possible. Plus 3% charged if you pay by credit card.

We are Non-Smoking place and it is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms.
Any smoking can be done outside at the balcony or gangway.

C/I time : After 12:00 am (noon)
C/O time : Before 12.00 am (noon)
For early C/I & late C/O depends on a room availabilities with an extra charge.

After checking out, you can leave your luggage behind the lobby till you collect it back, if you wish.
If you are going out before 12.00 hrs on the day switching a room.
Please pack your luggage and leave at the same room. After that, we'll take good care of it for you.

Early Check in:
+ 9:00 - 12:00 am Charge 500 THB
+ 6:00 - 9:00 am Charge 50% of room rate.
+ 6:00 - 3:00 am Charge 70% of room rate.
+ Before 3:00 am Charge 1 night will be applied.

* Late check out:
+ until 15.00 hrs. charge 500 THB
+ until 18.00 hrs. charge 50 % of room rate
+ 18.00-21.00 hrs. charge 70 % of room rate
+ after 21.00 hrs. charge 1 night will be applied.
